"Forty Builders Cardiff completed a two-story extension to our property over a period of four months. They were reliable and always turned up when they said they would. They always kept the house and garden tidy and safe (which was really important as we have two small children). They advised us at various stages throughout the project and gave us some really good ideas in terms of the design of the extension. They dealt with Welsh water and building control and there were never any problems with either of these. They kept us up to date with progress and were always happy to discuss anything with us. The cost of the project never changed, although we did ask them to complete some additional work at the end of the main project as we had been so happy with their work. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend to anyone (I have recommended to several people!)'
"Forty Builders carried out a large extension, and extensive refurbishment to ‘Willowbrook’. The original Willowbrook was a dilapidated 3-bedroom bungalow, and was converted to a very large 4-bedroom house, with a family bathroom, and two en-suites. This was a major project, and I needed a good builder.
Darren (Forty Builders) came highly recommended.
He liaised with the architect, and dealt with the planners, and building regulations. He completed much of the work himself, with his own team of people but also found specialists to install the heating boiler.
He was on-time throughout the project, friendly and courteous, as were the people that worked for him. He was able to save me a good deal of money by suggesting better ways of doing things. Mess was kept to a minimum, and disturbance to neighbours was also minimal. His standards of workmanship were impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone."

I use them for any work I need completing on my home as I know that I can rely on them to complete the job when they say they will and to a high standard.
